PVF Energy Services Inc. is an oil and gas consulting firm based in St. John's, Newfoundland. PVF provide oilfield development, procurement services, drilling, completion and work over engineering in addition to wellsite field supervision services for oil and gas operations in eastern Canada.

Brian Hickey
President
Brian Hickey has over 25 years of practical, technical and technical management experience in process engineering, of which over 14 years are associated with the offshore oil and gas industry and 10 years are associated with planning and executing drilling and surface operations in the onshore oil and gas industry in western Newfoundland.
Detailed involvement with the project engineering, project management, design and delivery of onshore and offshore modularised process systems.
Detailed knowledge of design, application, and installation of pressure vessels, piping and valve systems as per ASTM, ASME, API, UNS, NORSOK, NACE, and NFC of Canada.
Brian is presently in the process of completing a Bachelors degree in Applied Engineering (Petroleum Engineering) at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Joch has thirty four years of exploration and production experience in six continents within rocks from the Infra Cambrian to the Tertiary resulting in million of barrels discovered. This exploration has taken place in these areas:
Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Grand Banks of Newfoundland (Jeanne d' Arc Basin, Flemish Pass, Orphan Basin, Carson/Salar Basin and Labrador Sea), West Coast Newfoundland, Nova Scotia Scotian Shelf, Texas, North Sea (Witch Ground Graben, Inner Moray Firth, West of Shetland Islands, Viking Graben, Central Graben and Southern North Sea), China (Junggar, Tarim and Pearl River Mouth Basins), North Slope of Alaska, all the Shale Basins of North America, Serbia, Rajasthan, India, Sri Lanka, Zambia, Philippines, Romania, Chile, Indonesia and Australia.

Keith Davis
Project Manager
Keith Davis has 35 plus years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. He has significant experience in well completions, workover and underground storage. Keith brings extensive knowledge about oilfield business and production in smaller oil and gas fields. He specializes in the co-ordination of proper equipment for specific projects. Keith oversees the day-to-day Shop operations, repairs and modification of oilfield equipment. He is very effective in ensuring cost management of equipment, tools and people to provide the best value for the work completed on any project.

Hubert Alacoque

Subsea, Drilling and upstream Engineering
Hubert Alacoque, principal consultant, brings 30 years of broad engineering and business management experience in the dominant sectors of economic activity of Atlantic Canada - mining, Onshore and offshore oil & gas, fishery, construction, R & D, aerospace and transportation. Hubert has significant experience in engineering, operations management, business development, R & D financing, project management and consulting. He has had many senior roles and responsibilities in strategic and business planning projects, industrial operations management, business development and consulting.

Robert Wainright
Work-Over Operations Manager
Robert Wainwright has 40 plus years in the oil and gas industry. The first 17 years working in the southern hemisphere onshore and offshore on well servicing, cementing and sand control. Robert has worked in regions such as Columbia, Venezuela , Trinidad and Tobago. Upon immigrating to Canada he has continued working in the oilfield over the last 23 years in the province of Ontario and the Maritimes.
Robert brings a wealth of knowledge in well completions, servicing and troubleshooting. He has extensive experience and skill in managing the operations of work over, completion and abandonment projects.

Mike Granger
Completion/Production
Engineer
Michael has 32 years of solid and diversified experience, both international and domestic, with broad range of knowledge in well completions (vertical / horizontal), well stimulations, artificial lift technology and gas well production. He has worked in Yemen for Hunt Oil Company as a production engineer/workover rig supervisor and Australia as an implementation team leader and well performance specialist for Santos on the CSG – LNG project. He has also worked in 13 U.S. states and many of the major U.S. oil and gas basins. He brings strong skills in various completion techniques, production surveillance, production optimization and production enhancement. Previous assignments have included Bakken Shale multi-stage horizontal well completions / fracture stimulations and production enhancement of CBM wells in the Raton Basin of New Mexico/Colorado, Black Warrior Basin of Alabama and Powder River/Green River Basins of Wyoming as well as the Surat and Bowen Basins of Australia. His passion is finding opportunities that have been bypassed or overlooked, optimizing oil and gas production through various technologies (old and new) and implementing artificial lift strategies to enhance production and recover “lost” company reserves.
